The “Arts Van Go” was a $20,000 (annual $60,000 total) National Endowment for the Arts Special Projects Grant program. Hired by Cristina Cultural Arts Center I designed, built and administrated a fully mobile art and dance studio that served culturally deprived children in Wilmington, Delaware. I directed the program for three years. The documentary details the building of the mobile arts studio, mobile dance floor, projects and energy that was created.
